FAQ
CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP?
Yes, no problem at all. Collection is available from my home studio on Balcatta, Perth WA.
at the last stage of checkout there is a "pay now pick up later" option. please select that option and As soon as your order is ready I will send you an email with to inform you that your items are ready for collection and with my address & we can arrange a suitable time.


DO YOU WHOLESALE?

CAN YOU REPAIR MY ITEM IF IT BREAKS?
Yes, please refer to the "REPAIRS POLICY” page on the website for all the info.

CAN I COME TRY YOUR JEWELLERY ON IN PERSON BEFORE I ORDER?
All my jewellery is made from my home studio in Balcatta. Unfortunately I am not able to accommodate requests for appointments to try on jewellery at this stage.If you would like to see my pieces in person before committing to a purchase, keep an eye out for any markets I may be attending. See above regarding "how to keep up with everything ilyas honey jewellery”.


CAN I have a discount?
the short answer here, is sorry, but no.
i understand that you might not agree with or appreciate the prices i have set for my products, but please do respect them & dont ask me for a discount.
i value my customers & dont want to offend anyone by saying no.


DELIVERY/PRICING
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
All orders are made to order, and I aim to have them out within 5 business days. Please note that I work full time outside of ilyas honey jewellery and while I will do my best to accommodate any urgent requests, your understanding that this is not always possible is appreciated.All items are posted through Australia Post & are sent registered post, meaning they will require a signature on delivery. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email to inform you it has been sent with a copy of your tracking number so you can keep an eye on its movements. Australia Post can take anywhere from 2 to 10 days to deliver depending on where you are based.


POSTAGE & HANDLING FEES
I offer a flat rate fee of $7.00 for all packages sent Australia wide.


RETURNS & DAMAGES
All purchases are final and I do not offer a refund or return for a "change of mind” purchase.
If you have received an item that has been damaged in transit, please let me know as soon as you receive via email to info@ilyashoney.com and provide a photograph of the issue.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please take care with your jewellery & treat it as you would finest piece.
Although I use the best quality materials, they can be damaged with exposure to perfume, moisturisers, lotions, suncream, oils etc.
I would strongly suggest putting your jewellery on only AFTER you have applied any of the above.
